Organize PDF Pages

Reorder, duplicate, remove and insert PDF pages using previews and keyboard-accessible controls. Export one organized document.

Add PDFs to insert pages.

Reorder and insert pages

Add one or more PDFs. Each page has a preview, source filename and page number. Use the arrow buttons to move a page, the duplicate button to copy it, or × to remove it from the output. Add another PDF to append its pages, then move them into place.

Reset pages restores all pages from the currently selected files in file order. Removing a source file removes its pages from the plan. Download uses the order shown in the page grid, including duplicates; source files are not overwritten.

Document features and limits

Up to 20 files, 100 MiB total and 200 source/output pages. Page previews load as they become visible. Page content and geometry are copied into a new document; bookmarks, signatures, document scripts and interactive form associations are not guaranteed to survive. Keep the original for those features.

Local processing and file limits

Files are processed in your browser; the PDF is not uploaded. The general limit is 100 MiB and 2,000 source pages, with the lower organizer/render/extraction limits described above. Encrypted or damaged files are rejected. Cancel, clear and input changes invalidate old results.

Questions & answers

Can I use a keyboard to change the order?

Yes. Tab to an arrow, duplicate or remove button and press Enter. Focus remains within the affected page card after an edit.

Are files uploaded to a server?

No. Files, input text and results stay in your browser. Required engines, fonts and support files load from this site.
